Notes:
Evergreen Cemetery is located at Section 36 in the Township of Lindina. From Mauston, go south on Hwy 58 to County "O", turn left on "O" and go to Scoville Road and turn right. The cemetery is on the right hand side when traveling south on Scoville Road.
