PEGGY BOHNERT BRIDE OF MR. KARL KATUIN

Peggy Bohnert of Elroy became the bride of Karl Katuin, New Lisbon in a pretty ceremony performed by Rev. Fred Hofer at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 23, 1973 at St. Stephen's Lutheran Church of Camp Douglas.

The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Bohnert of Elroy and the groom's parents are Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Katuin, New Lisbon.

The altar was decorated with white and red peonies for the ceremony. Soloist Mrs. Lyndall Butler sang, "We've Only Just Begun". and "For All We Know" .

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attired in a long sleeve white gown, decorated with white daisies having yellow centers. She carried a bouquet of yellow and white daisies, with trailing ivy.

Maid of honor was Florence Evans and the bride's sister, Marie Bohnert, was bridesmaid. Flower girl was the bride's niece, Angela Petranek. They all wore long sleeved blue dresses with white lace accenting the waistlines.

Peter Quist served as best man and the groom's brother, Dale Georgeson was groomsman.

The mother of the bride attended her daughter's wedding wearing a sleeveless beige dress. The mother of the groom wore a light blue street length dress. They both had orchid corsages.
